FileTrac™ easily handles claim data entry, report & photo uploads and client/adjuster communications. FileTrac™ provides you with a user-friendly, comprehensive system for managing your claims, including extensive custom reporting capabilities.
We can provide reports to you by hard copy, online, or by email System/data can be accessed from a PDA. Your claims data can be accessed securely from any computer with internet access. Secure login with usernames and passwords, all data is secured using SSL Data Encryption (as used in online banking and ecommerce). Your claims receive redundant, daily data backup FileTrac™ entries reduce data input and errors.
